Although I love pulling ideas out of my head, I also like to work with happy customers to create the silk of their dreams!  So, please feel free to contact me with special requests. For custom work, I require a 50% deposit (of the total amount) to secure your order. The remaining balance and shipping is due upon completion. Depending on my current work load, custom work can be completed in 3 to 4 weeks. No returns or exchanges on custom work.

Shipments to North Carolina addresses will be charged sales tax on their purchase.

All items are shipped within 3 business days (Monday-Friday) of receiving cleared payment. US shipments are sent via USPS First Class mail. If you need it quicker, please contact me for priority or overnight shipping costs.

International shipments are sent via USPS First Class International and takes anywhere from 7-21 business days (that's what the US Post Office is saying) depending on your country. The buyer is responsible for all Customs, VAT (value added tax), duties, fees, tariffs, etc. that may be assessed and due upon delivery of the item(s). Please email if you have any questions or special circumstances.

Please contact me within 3 days of receiving your package to discuss the return/exchange. Item(s) must be returned in the original packaging, unworn and in original condition. The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping costs will not be refunded. Under special circumstances (damaged item, wrong item sent) a full refund (item cost plus shipping) will be issued. No returns/exchanges on custom orders. All refunds will be made via PayPal.
